End User License Agreement (EULA)

Terms of Use

By using the Flight app application, a product designed by Unipage BV, you agree to the following terms of use:

  1. Usage Rights: Unipage BV grants you the right to use the flight app application for digitally maintaining flight data, such as the aircraft logbook and pilot logbook.
  2. Payment: You can purchase the Flight app application on a monthly or yearly basis. Upon cessation of payment, your subscription will be automatically terminated.
  3. Data Storage: If you cancel your subscription, your data will remain available in the app for 24 months. During this period, you can download your data, but you will be unable to add new data.

Cancellation Notice

The cancellation notice period for the Flight app application depends on your payment plan (monthly or yearly). Upon cessation of payment, your subscription will be automatically terminated.

Legal Disclaimer

While Unipage BV has confirmed in consultation with national authorities under EASA regulations that the Flight app application effectively replaces flight logbooks for the mandatory maintenance of flight data, we are not liable in the event that a national authority does not accept this and mandates manual entry of flight logs by the user or imposes fines.

User Responsibility

As the user inputs the data, they are solely responsible for the accuracy of the entered data. Unipage BV accepts no liability for any errors or inaccuracies in the entered data.

General Guidelines

  1. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to the Flight app application and its content remain the property of Unipage BV.
  2. Limited Warranty: The Flight app application is provided "as is," without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non- infringement.
  3. Limitation of Liability: Unipage BV shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Flight app application, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  4. Privacy Policy: Please refer to Flight app privacy policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected.
  5. Legal Jurisdiction: This EULA is governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from the use of the flight app application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Belgium.
  6. Changes to Terms: Unipage BV reserves the right to modify the terms of this EULA at any time, with the obligation to notify users of such changes.
  7. Entire Agreement: This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Unipage BV regarding the use of the Flight app application, superseding any prior agreements, oral or written.
